Cape Town Baptist Seminary Fees Payment Options 2025/2026 for Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Diploma and Certificate program students are provided below.
For your convenience, we provide a variety of different payment methods. In the case of electronic transfers, please ensure that the reference field is completed correctly.

Cape Town Baptist Seminary Fees Payment Method
The Cape Town Baptist Seminary Fees Structure 2025 includes all the amounts that are payable so that you can study and graduate on time. It is important for Undergraduate students to note that tuition fees differ between faculties.
International students should note that the registration and tuition fees that apply to them differ slightly from those of local students.
For Postgraduate, Short Courses, and Masters students: as a returning student, your fees may look quite different from that of an undergraduate student.
Please note that Cape Town Baptist Seminary will never ask you for personal information such as passwords, usernames, credit card details, or PIN codes. Use your ID number as a reference. Please ensure you have read and understood the registration and application terms and conditions.

Debit Cards
Debit card payments are only accepted if you register at Cape Town Baptist Seminary in person.
Credit Cards
Credit cards are restricted to ‘Visa’ and ‘MasterCard’. All the requirements under ‘Particulars of Payment’ on the registration form must be supplied. The cardholder’s signature is also required on the registration form.
Bank deposits (SA Banks only) / EFT payments:
Should any of the information on the bank deposit slip be incomplete or incorrect, the bank will not process the transaction and/or delay the allocation of the funds to your account. If all the information on the deposit slip is correct, amounts will be allocated within 2 working days to the study fee account.
