George Whitefield College fees include school fees, application fees, accommodation fees, bursaries, loans, tuition fees, examination fees, residential fees, fee statements, quotation fees, finance booklets, student fees, and other charges.

George Whitefield College Fees Payment Method
Please note that George Whitefield College will never ask you for any personal information such as passwords, usernames, credit card details, or PIN codes. Use your ID number as a reference. Please ensure you have read and understood the registration and application terms and conditions.
Fees may be paid using the following methods:

- Credit cards
- Bank deposit
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
NOTE:
- George Whitefield College reserves the right not to render services to students with outstanding balances.
- Receipts and statements of accounts will be issued to registered students only. It remains the student’s responsibility to submit the document to the relevant sponsor.
Debit Cards
Debit card payments are only accepted if you register in person at George Whitefield College.
Credit Cards
Credit cards are restricted to ‘Visa’ and ‘MasterCard’. All the requirements under ‘Particulars of payment’ on the registration form must be supplied. The cardholder’s signature is also required on the registration form.
Bank deposits (SA Banks only) or EFT payments:
Should any information on the bank deposit slip be incomplete or incorrect, the bank will not process the transaction and/or cause a delay in allocating the funds to your account. Amounts will be allocated within 2 working days to the study fee account, provided all the information on the deposit slip is correct.
