How to Pay Henley Business School Tuition Fees 2025
Henley Business School fees can include school fees, application fees, accommodation fees, bursaries, loans, tuition fees, examination fees, residential fees, fees statements, quotation fees, finance booklet, student fees, and other charges.
Fees include all the amounts payable for you to study and graduate on time. Undergraduate students need to note that tuition fees differ between the faculties at Henley Business School.
For Postgraduate, Master’s, Honours, and Doctorate students: as a returning student, your fees may differ from those of an undergraduate student.

Please note that Henley Business School will never ask you for personal information such as passwords, usernames, credit card details, or PIN codes. Use your ID number as a reference. Please ensure you have read and understood the registration and application terms and conditions.

NOTE:
- Henley Business School reserves the right not to serve students with outstanding balances.
- Receipts and statements of accounts will be issued to registered students only. It remains the student’s responsibility to submit the document to the relevant sponsor.
Debit Cards
Debit card payments are only accepted if you register at Henley Business School in person.
Credit Cards
Credit Cards are restricted to ‘Visa’ and ‘MasterCard’. All the requirements under ‘Particulars of payment’ on the registration form must be supplied. The cardholder’s signature is also required on the registration form.
Bank deposits (SA Banks only) / EFT payments:
Should any information on the bank deposit slip be incomplete or incorrect, the bank will not process the transaction and/or cause a delay in allocating the funds to your account. Amounts will be allocated within 2 working days to the study fee account, provided all the information on the deposit slip is correct.
