Maritime Academy of Nigeria, MAN Oron post UTME form for the 2024 academic session is out. MAN post UTME screening application form is now available for purchase online.
Maritime Academy of Nigeria (MAN), Oron, invites all the candidates who selected Academy as their institution of First Choice and have scored the specified cut-off marks to attend the Post JAMB UTME screening exercise for National Diploma programmes as stated below.
MAN Post UTME Eligibility.
1. A minimum of 180 marks in the 2024 JAMB Examination for:
a) Nautical Science
b) Marine Engineering and
c) Electrical/Electronics Engineering
2. A minimum of 160 marks in the 2024 JAMB Examination for Maritime Transport and Business Studies.
3. A minimum of five (5) credit passes in Senior School Certificate Examination or its equivalent obtained in not more than two sittings within the last five years in relevant subjects as detailed below.
MAN Post UTME Requirements.
i) ND Nautical Science
Admission Requirements
Applicants must posses the following:
Five (5) credit passes at Senior School Certificate Examination or its equivalent in the following subjects:
English Language
Mathematics
Physics and
any two relevant subjects from Geography, Chemistry or other Science subjects obtained at NOT MORE THAN TWO SITTINGS.
ii) ND Marine Engineering
Admission Requirements
Applicants must be holders of Senior School Certificate or its equivalent with at least FIVE (5) CREDIT passes in the following subjects obtained at NOT MORE THAN TWO SITTINGS
English Language
Mathematics
Physics,and
any two relevant subjects from Technical Drawing, Chemistry and other Science subjects.
iii) ND Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Admission Requirements
Applicants must be holders of Senior School Certificate or its equivalent with at leastFIVE (5) CREDIT PASSESin the following subjects obtained at NOT MORE THAN TWO SITTINGS:
English Language
Mathematics
Physics, and
any two relevant subjects from Chemistry, Technical Drawing and other Science subjects.
iv) ND Maritime Transport and Business Studies
Admission Requirements
Applicants must be holders of Senior School Certificate or its equivalent with at least FIVE (5) CREDIT PASSES in the following subjects obtained at NOT MORE THAN TWO SITTINGS
English Language
Mathematics
Economics/Commerce,
and any two relevant subjects from Government, Principles of Account, Commerce, and Geography.
4. Medicals
Medical test will be conducted on candidates to determine their suitability or otherwise.
5.Marital Status
Applicants who must be single shall remain single throughout the duration of the programme.
6.Age Limit for Each Programme
Applicants for admission into National Diploma programme in Nautical Science and Marine Engineering must be between the ages of 16 and 21years old as at the time of commencement of the programme while candidates applying for Maritime Transport and Business Studies and Electrical/Electronics Engineering must be between the ages of 16 and 25 years old as at the time of commencement of the programme.

Candidates who meet the cut-off mark and chose the Academy as their First Choice should log on using the JAMB Registration Number and the SCORE as their password.

Step One: Login
- Login to the Portal using the following
- Username = Jamb Registration Number
- Password = Jamb Score
Step Two: Update Profile
- Upload your passport and complete your profile (Click Browse/Search or Choose File)
- Acceptable format is JPEG and PNG
- Picture must be digital passport photograph
- Resolution must be at least 200 DPI
- Each photograph should capture the head and top of the shoulders so that the face takes up to 70-80% of the photograph
- Show the eyes looking directly at the camera
- Show skin tone naturally
- Image must be less than 100kb.

Step Five: Referees

- Select the required Mode of Payment

- Bank Counter Payment
- Proceed to payment

- Print the Payment Slip or use the Transaction ID to pay at the bank(using Etranzact Platform). Note confirm that your information is correct at the bank before payment. A confirmation Order will be given to your after payment.
- Select Verify Bank Payment, enter the Confirmation Order, if successful proceed to Print Online Receipt
