As a result of University’s vision to expand its services and reach out to Communities in Southern Highland Regions, particularly in Songwe, Rukwa, Katavi and Kigoma regions including neighboring countries such as Zambia, Congo, Rwanda and Burundi, Rukwa Campus is passionate about bringing first class graduates in Civil Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Land surveying; computer engineering, ICT, business management and laboratory technology at all levels (Ordinary Diploma, Bachelor and Postgraduate levels) in the Departments of Civil Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Management and Computer Engineering.. The Rukwa Campus is located in the Highland Southern Zone of Tanzania in Rukwa Region, 47Km from Sumbawanga on the Sumbawanga – Mbeya highway in Mtapenda Village with a total area of 48 hectres. The campus through the University of Science and Techmology, made effort to acquire additional land area from 48 to 500 hectres to accommodate future expansion space for academic infrastructure. The Rukwa-Campus has a structure that is dedicated to fostering a caring community that provides leadership for constructive participation in a diverse, multicultural world through high quality programs and effective use of resources and technology in Automotive, Carpentry, Materials Testing, Soil testing, Land surveying and Computer.
