MUST Student By-Laws

The basic purpose of establishing the Mbeya University of Science and Technology is for the pursuit of learning. This fundamental purpose can be achieved only if its members can study and work peacefully in conditions which allow freedom of thought and expression within a framework of respect of the rights of each other.
In order to achieve this, Student By-Laws are made to maintain a conducive study environment and protect the University from actions which would damage the good name and image of the University, and its vital purpose.
