- ACCOMMODATION
The Institute is a mixed Day and Boarding Institution. Boarding facilities at the Institute are offered on a first come first serve basis to those who choose to be boarding students.
NOTa E: Confirm hostel allocation before depositing boarding fees into the Institute account. Other alternative private developers’ opportunities for accommodation exist around the Institute.

Each student will be issued with a copy of Institute Rules and Regulations on arrival which he/she will be required to read to abide by.

- 4 Inch single bed mattress (4” x 2.5 ft x 6ft)
- Two blankets and two sheets

- CHANGE, OF COURSE, students admitted having 28 (twenty-eight) days from the commencement date of the thStudentsamme to apply for twenty-eighties.

- ELDORET-KAPSABET road at CHEBARBAR Junction 20 km to Lessos
- ELDORET-NAKURU road at CHEPTIRET JUNCTION Kesses off MOI UNIVERSITY main campus to LESSOS.

GENERAL REGISTRATION PROCESS
STEP1: All Students (New and Continuing) are to Record their names, Departments, and Courses at the Gate before Entering the Institute.
STEP 2: All continuing students to report to the respective HODs to collect their Report forms. Those who have completed college fees are to be reported to the system by respective HODs as they present the following:
- Progress report
- Bank slip/banker cheque/money order
- Stage clearance letter from the examination office indicating whether you’ve passed or failed the stage examination.
- Students from attachment must clear with the ILO before proceeding to other offices.
- Students who sat for End Stage Exams check their results on the notice board. Those having supplementary Exams must sit for their respective Exams before registration.
- New students be directed to the Registrar’s office
(ii) Students having fees arrears to seek clearance from relevant authority i.e. Principal/ D/Principals/ Registrar/Dean of Students.
STEP 3: Report to the Accounts office for payment of college fees.
STEP 4: Attend classes.
