The management of the Portmore Community College (PCC) has released the Intake entry requirements for successful admission into the undergraduate and postgraduate (Degree, Ph.D., Masters, Diploma, Certificate, Short Course, and Non-Degree) programmes respectively for the 2023/2024 academic year.
Portmore Community College Admission Requirements
Interested students may apply to any of the Portmore Community College Courses at any time and are admitted subject to fulfilling all Portmore Community College admission entry requirements for the 2023/2024 academic year.
Associate Degree:
A minimum of five (5) CSEC or GCE O’level including English A and Mathematics.
Bachelor’s Degree:
Applicant must possess an Associate degree issued by the CCCJ. It should be noted that the qualifying degree must be in an area relevant to the intended programme of study.
CAPE:
CAPE applicants are required to have a minimum of five (5) CSEC including English A and Mathematics. Applicants are also required to have the CSEC subject equivalent to CAPE subject of choice.
CSEC:
Students are required to have at least completed Grade 11. No other academic entry requirements needed.
