- OR UTech Diploma in Business Administration or Administrative Management (students will be articulated into the 4 years or 5 years BBA programme).
Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Administrative Management (UBSADMAFXUIA)
Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Accounting (UBSACCOFXU1A)
Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Economics (UBSECONFXU1A)

School of Hospitality and Tourism Management
- 5 CSEC/GCE O-Level passes including English Language and Mathematics.
- A foreign language would be an asset.
- An interview maybe required.
- 5 CSEC/GCE O-Level passes including English Language and Mathematics (Food and Nutrition & a foreign language would be an asset).
- An interview maybe required.
Associate of Science in Baking and Pastry Arts (UASBAPAFXU1A)
- 5 CSEC/GCE O-Level subjects including English Language and Mathematics
