What is ASEFYLS?
The ASEF Young Leaders Summit, or ASEFYLS, connects young leaders from Asia and Europe. It focuses on three key areas: self-leadership, team leadership, and leadership for society. Participants learn to spark new ideas, understand different cultures, and create lasting change.
ASEFYLS 2026 centers on anticipatory leadership. This means using future trends to make smart choices now. You will study signals of change and adapt to build fairer communities.
Program Theme: Anticipatory Leadership for a Human-Centred Future
ASEFYLS 2026 explores “Anticipatory Leadership for a Human-Centred Future.” You will learn to spot trends and weak signals early. The program covers strategic foresight, systems thinking, and the role of technologies like AI.
It also stresses ethics, inclusivity, and sustainability. Leaders will practice guiding teams through complex issues with people at the center.
