Key Responsibilities
Learners handle daily tasks to support store operations and brand standards.
In-Store Execution & Merchandising
Execute store visits on planned schedules. Set up merchandising standards and product displays. Check product availability, visibility, and quality. Rotate stock and follow brand guidelines. Complete iRED surveys and hit execution targets.
Customer Support
Help customers order through the MyCCBA platform. Support promotions and campaigns. Talk to customers about their preferences and habits.
Team Collaboration
Work alongside sales team members each day. Get guidance from account developers. Offer help as directed by managers.
Minimum Requirements
