To be eligible, applicants must hold a three-year Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or Social Media. A critical requirement is that candidates must not have participated in an internship program before and should not have prior employment history.

Furthermore, applicants need to demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel. The ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines is also essential. The program is open to South African citizens between the ages of 18 and 35.
