Graduate Trainee – Actuarial
Trainees here aid the Actuarial Unit with data analysis, insurance models, and financial reports. They help with actuarial calculations, insurance reserves, and solvency checks. Tasks cover pricing models, data validation, risk reporting, ORSA processes, ALM projections, and preparing reports for regulators.
Minimum Requirements
Requirements vary by role, but all demand a South African citizenship and no prior work experience.
For Business Development, hold a degree in Accounting, Commerce, Law, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
For Actuarial, have a degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Mathematical Statistics, or a similar quantitative area. You must actively pursue actuarial board exams.
