You must be a South African citizen, aged 18 to 30, and currently unemployed. A Grade 12 certificate is required. You also need to live in one of these wards in Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality: Ward 16, Ward 23, Ward 30, Ward 53, Ward 54, Ward 55, Ward 56, Ward 57, Ward 58, Ward 59, or Ward 60.

Proof of residence from your ward councillor is key. Only applicants from these areas qualify.

Minimum Requirements

  • English and Mathematics as school subjects

Extra points go to those with computer skills, Accounting, Economics, or Business Studies. These show you’re ready for admin work.
