Training Location

The main site is in East London, Eastern Cape. After 4 to 6 months, you may work at other spots across the Eastern Cape. You need to live in East London or nearby areas to join.

Tasks include maintenance, audits, repairs, and helping build telecom towers. You follow health and safety rules and support team leaders in the field.

Good English communication is key, along with teamwork and people skills. You should stay organized, handle pressure, and be flexible to learn new things. Basic knowledge of networking and cable testing helps. Be ready to work outside in any weather.
