Young people around the world face big problems like climate change and unfair social systems. Many feel worried but want to make a difference. The Becoming a Force of Nature 2026 program offers a way for those aged 16 to 35 to gain skills and confidence to act.

This global online program runs three times a year. It helps participants turn strong feelings into real plans for change in climate action or social justice. Each round lasts three weeks with one 90- to 120-minute session per week, plus about 2.5 hours total time for activities. Recordings are available if you miss a live session.

Program Structure

The Becoming a Force of Nature 2026 follows a clear path through three workshops. Each one builds on the last to guide you from worry to action.

Workshop 1: Anxiety to Agency

This first session looks at how emotions tie into global issues. You learn to spot feelings like fear or anger about climate and social problems. The group talks about mental health links and ways to build toughness. By the end, you have tools to shift those emotions into drive for change.

Workshop 2: Discovery (Agency to Efficacy)

Here, you dig into what makes you unique as a leader. Focus on your strengths, passions, and core values. You figure out your main reason for acting, or “your why.” This helps create a personal guide for choices in impact work.

Workshop 3: Catalyst (Efficacy to Action)

The last workshop gets practical. Pick a problem you care about and study who it affects. Map it out and make a step-by-step plan. You leave with clear next moves to start your project.
