Admin Coordinator Role

This job helps the group’s secretariat with day-to-day tasks. You will handle coordination, schedules, logistics, and communications.

  • Pay: $1,500 to $2,500 per month in USD
  • Location: Fully remote, open worldwide
  • Priority for Global South candidates
  • Dates: June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027

Main Tasks
Coordinate meetings across time zones. Help with event logistics, both online and in person. Write emails and manage files. Keep schedules and task lists in order. Use tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project trackers. Arrange travel when needed.

Main Tasks
Run the campaign from start to finish. Create toolkits and resources for partners. Track time, money, and plans. Get regional partners and communities involved. Work with the steering committee. Do reviews and reports after the event.
