Available Programmes
Hesto offers two main tracks to match different career paths.
Graduate in Training: Organisational Design & Development
This program targets human resources and organizational growth. You will handle HR tasks, join performance reviews, and help with admin and improvement projects.
Minimum Requirements:
- BCom Human Resources Management or Bachelor of Human Resources Management (required)
- Bachelor of Human Resources Development (preferred)
- At least 60% average
- Completed degree
Engineer in Training
This track builds engineering skills for the automotive industry. Duties include engineering work, performance assessments, and support for process improvements and technical projects.
Minimum Requirements:
- BEng or BSc in Industrial Engineering
- At least 60% average
- Completed degree
General Requirements for Both Programmes

- South African citizen
- Age 18 or older
- Minimum 60% average in studies
- Completed qualification with no unpaid fees
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Academic transcripts included
- No prior internship or graduate program experience
