For Quantity Surveying graduates, current professional registration as a Candidate Quantity Surveyor with the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP) is listed as advantageous. Knowledge of employment legislation, such as the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), and Employment Equity Act, is also noted.
