Key Responsibilities

Interns handle tasks in logistics and administration. These duties build practical skills for future jobs.

Logistics and Electoral Operations

You will draft specifications for supplies and talk with suppliers. Manage warehouse stock and materials. Help with by-elections, Party Liaison Committees, delimitation, and other election projects.

Administrative Duties

Take minutes at meetings and write reports. Prepare presentations and answer basic questions. Compile documents, keep files organized, handle mail, and set up meetings.

Minimum Requirements

You need a Grade 12 certificate. Also, a three-year Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Logistics or Warehouse Management. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, plus computer skills in Microsoft Office. A valid driver’s license helps but is not required.

Eligibility Rules

Applicants must be 35 or younger and unemployed. You should not have worked in your study field before or done another internship. People with strong ties to political parties will not qualify.
