James Aryam Scholarships for Postgraduate Studies 2026

Applications for the James Aryam Scholarships for Postgraduate Studies 2026 are now open. Deadline: April 16, 2026. Windle International Uganda and Windle International Kenya offer full scholarships to female refugees from Sudan, South Sudan, Somalia, or Somaliland living in Uganda or Kenya. Eligibility

Many women from tough backgrounds can apply if they meet the rules. Check these points to see if you fit:

  • Female refugees living in Uganda or Kenya from Sudan, South Sudan, Somalia, or Somaliland
  • Must have applied for admission to a graduate education course at one of the listed universities (show proof)
  • Hold an excellent first degree, at least upper second class (2:1) or equal
  • Meet the university’s entry rules if they are stricter
  • Able to study well in the language used for classes
  • At least two years of professional or volunteer work in education after undergrad degree (apply early, but start studies after meeting this)
