Customer Services Intern

Reference number: CS/ST/04/2026.
Location: Soweto Theatre (Jabulani).
Stipend: R6,094 per month.

Interns handle customer questions by phone, email, or in person. They log complaints, update CRM records, and prepare reports on interactions. They also support daily services, attend training, and write monthly reports. This role suits those with studies in Public Administration, Office Administration, or Business Administration.

Information Technology Intern (Two Spots)

Reference number: IT/JT/04/2026.
Location: Joburg Theatre (Braamfontein).
Stipend: R6,094 per month.

Duties include fixing computer problems, installing software, and helping with account setups or password resets. Interns troubleshoot network issues, track IT equipment, and give basic tech help to staff. Fields like Information Technology, Computer Science, or Systems Support are a good match.

Who Meets the Basic Requirements?

All applicants must be South African citizens aged 18 to 35. They need to live in Johannesburg and have no prior similar internships. Complete certified documents are a must.

For Customer Services: Hold a Grade 12 certificate (NQF Level 4) and a diploma in Public Administration or similar. Know how to use MS Office and email.

For IT: Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) plus a diploma in Information Technology or equal. MS Office and email skills required.
