The CPAR John R. Lewis Social Justice Policy Fellowship Program 2026 comes from the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation (CBCF). Fellows split their time into two six-month rotations: one in offices of Congressional Black Caucus members and another at the CBCF’s Center for Policy Analysis and Research (CPAR).

You might also host forums, create issue briefs or fact sheets, and focus on topics like criminal justice reform, education, health equity, economic development, and civil rights.
