King Hintsa TVET College Fees Payment Options 2025 for NCV, NATED, Diploma, and Certificate program students are provided below.

For your convenience, we provide a variety of different payment methods. In the case of electronic transfers, please ensure that the reference field is completed correctly.

Your safety and the confidentiality of your information are of the utmost importance to us. Please be vigilant when making payments. We advise you to be wary of scams and unregistered individuals who may reach out to you for payment. We urge you to only make use of the banking details provided to you at registration or on the school website.

King Hintsa TVET College Fees Payment Method

The King Hintsa TVET College Fees Structure 2025 includes all the amounts that are payable in order for you to study and graduate on time. It is important for certificate students to note that tuition fees differ between the faculties.

International students should note that the registration and tuition fees that apply to them are slightly different from those of local students.

For NCV, NATED, and Diploma students: as a returning student, your fees may look quite different from those of a certificate student.

Please note that King Hintsa TVET College will never ask you for any personal information such as passwords, usernames, credit card details, or PIN codes. Use your ID number as a reference. Please make sure that you have read and understood the registration and application terms and conditions.

Fees may be paid using the following methods:

  • Credit cards
  • Bank deposit
  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

Debit Cards

Debit card payments are only accepted if you register in person at King Hintsa TVET College

Credit Cards

Credit cards are restricted to ‘Visa’ and ‘MasterCard’. All the requirements under ‘Particulars of Payment’ on the registration form must be supplied. The cardholder’s signature is also required on the registration form.

Bank deposits (SA Banks only) or EFT payments:

Should any of the information on the bank deposit slip be incomplete or incorrect, the transaction will not be processed by the bank and/or cause a delay in the allocation of the funds to your account. Amounts will be allocated within 2 working days to the study fee account, provided that all the information on the deposit slip is correct.
