Finance and Insurance Manager/F&I Manager required for an upmarket, invitation – only lifestyle venue specializing in luxury goods, sports cars, collector’s cars and supercars. Your main purpose will be to provide exceptional customer service to high end clients, determining customer’s financing needs and payment options through a professional, consultative process.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Build rapport with clients, understand their individual needs and provide tailored finance solutions for each individual
- Present clients with detailed financing options
- Process finance transactions and ensure administrative processes are handled timeously
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to build key relationships and drive brand loyalty
- Gain superior product knowledge and be an ambassador for the brand.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- 5 years’ experience as a Finance and Insurance Manager
- Previous experience with luxury goods/luxury cars e.g. Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bentley etc.
- Proven track record of success in a similar role
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills
- Polished and professional, with excellent communication skills
- Ability to interact with “high profile” clients, VIP’s etc.

R30 000 – R35 000 CTC p/m neg based on experience
