Main Responsibilities

Your daily work breaks into three areas.

Events and Engagement Support

Help plan fundraising events like marathons, webinars, or school visits. Track donations from EFT or platforms like GivenGain. Handle event logistics and send out merchandise. Talk to donors to keep them involved.

Donor Support and Communication

Answer donor questions by email or phone. Update donor profiles and keep records straight. Log every interaction in the CRM system. Send thanks and updates to donors on time.

Administration and Reporting

Keep fundraising records in digital and paper form. Help write standard operating procedures and check quality. Update the CRM database. Work to boost donor retention numbers.

Minimum Requirements

You need a National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or Communications.

Key skills include strong written and verbal communication, computer skills in MS Word and Excel, good organization, time management, multitasking, and detail focus.

Personal traits matter too: passion for humanitarian work, strong work ethic, customer service mindset, team skills, ability to handle pressure, and high ethics with confidentiality.
