PPRA One Property Practitioner Learnerships 2026: Apply Now for 200 Spots
The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) offers a great chance for South African youth. They have launched the One Learner, One Property Practitioner Programme 2026. This program partners with the Mpumalanga Department of Public Works, Roads and Transport and Services SETA. It targets 200 unemployed youth, especially from previously disadvantaged groups.
Programme Overview
This 12-month learnership helps people enter the real estate field. It focuses on youth and women from previously disadvantaged individuals (PDIs). Participants gain skills for a career in property. The program runs in Mpumalanga, South Africa. Applications close on 14 April 2026.
Qualification and Certification
Learners will earn a Further Education and Training Certificate in Real Estate at NQF Level 4. They also prepare for the PPRA Professional Designation Examination (PDE 4). At the end, they qualify as Non-Principal Property Practitioners (NPPPs). This opens doors in the real estate industry.
Learnership Details
The program lasts 12 months. Participants receive a monthly stipend of R5 500. They get hands-on training and classroom learning. This mix builds real skills for work.
Minimum Requirements
To apply, you need a matric certificate or equivalent. You must be a previously disadvantaged individual (PDI). Youth and women get strong priority. You also need to live in Mpumalanga. The team will check your address.
