Programme Duration and Location

This is a 12-month programme. The placements are located in specific areas within South Africa.

The Gauteng opportunity is based at Rohlig-Grindrod’s Head Office in Linbro Park, Johannesburg. The Eastern Cape placement is at the company’s offices in Walmer, Gqeberha. In KwaZulu-Natal, opportunities are available within the Sea Freight Division in Durban and near King Shaka International Airport for the Air Freight Division. The Western Cape placement is at Rohlig-Grindrod’s Airport City offices in Cape Town.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the YES Programme:

  • Must have completed Matric / Grade 12.
  • Must have achieved at least 50% in English.
  • Must have achieved at least 50% in Mathematics.
  • Must be South African citizens.
  • Must be 35 years old or younger.
  • Must be currently unemployed.
  • Must not have previously completed a YES Programme.
