Diesel Mechanic Apprenticeship Programme 2026
This program trains young people in diesel mechanics with hands-on and classroom learning. It leads to an Occupational Certificate in Diesel Mechanics.

Who Can Apply
You must be:
- A South African citizen
- Between 18 and 35 years old
- Unemployed
- Have at least Matric with Mathematics, or N2/NCV Level 3 or higher with trade theory subjects

Artisan Recognition of Prior Learning (ARPL) Opportunity

- Diesel Mechanic
- Welding
Who Qualifies
- South African citizen
- 25 years or older
- At least 3 years of work experience in the trade
Spots Available
- 20 for unemployed artisans
- 4 for employed artisans
