  • Diesel Mechanic: Mathematics, Engineering Science, Engineering Drawing, and Diesel or Motor Trade Theory.
  • Fitter: Mathematics, Engineering Science, Engineering Drawing, and Fitting and Machining Theory.
  • Rigger: Mathematics, Engineering Science, Engineering Drawing, and Mechanotechnology.

Additional Candidate Requirements

  • Assessments: Applicants must be able and prepared to undergo psychometric assessments to evaluate their suitability for the role.
  • Work Ethic: Willingness to work shifts, be on standby, and respond to call-outs when required is essential.
  • Personal Attributes: Candidates should be able to work under pressure, be innovative, and possess self-starter qualities. The ability to identify faults independently is also a key requirement.
  • Fitness and Licensing: A valid Certificate of Fitness is necessary, or the ability to obtain one. Additionally, a valid K53 driver’s licence is a mandatory requirement.
  • Background Check: Applicants must have no criminal record.
