Program Overview

The United Nations UNHCR TAGDev Scholarship 2.0 comes from a partnership between the United Nations Refugee Agency, RUFORUM, Mastercard Foundation, GCHERA, and 12 African universities. It aims to improve agricultural education. The goal is to train students for climate-smart farming, business skills, and community service. This fits the 2025/2026 school year. No IELTS test is needed, which makes it easier for many applicants.
