The University of Dodoma’s academic calendar should be checked against the university’s own announcements. An old PDF can still appear in search results after its teaching and examination dates have passed. This guide replaces an earlier version of our article that labelled an older download as a current calendar.
Start with the official notices
Use the UDOM announcements page. The university published a notice about activities at the end of 2025/2026 and commencement of 2026/2027 on 6 October 2026. Open the attachment from that notice and read its scope before using a date. A transition notice does not necessarily replace every date in a full almanac.
The university also provides an almanac announcement covering several academic years. Check the year printed inside the attachment, its issue date and any later amendments. We do not reproduce a complete timetable here because an amendment could make a copied table inaccurate.
Check whether a date applies to you
- Identify your academic year and whether you are a new or continuing student.
- Check the programme, college and level covered by the notice. A postgraduate research milestone may differ from an undergraduate teaching period.
- Separate reporting, registration, teaching, assessment and graduation dates. They describe different events.
- Look for an amendment published after the document you downloaded.
- If two official documents disagree, ask the relevant college or university office which notice governs your situation.
Build a small calendar record

For example, do not put an examination period into your diary as the date of a particular paper. The calendar may give a broad period while the examination timetable specifies individual sessions. Keep those records separate.
Use the right university service
UDOM links its student system and timetable service from its official website. Use the service relevant to the task and follow any access instructions provided by the university. Eduloaded does not host UDOM records, amend registration dates or access student accounts.
Before travelling or making a non-refundable payment, recheck the latest announcement and your programme’s instructions. If you need clarification, include the notice title, date and the conflicting entry in your enquiry. Do not send passwords or full identity documents to a third-party publisher.
