University of Embu Admission Letters 2025/2026 KUCCPS

An admission letter from the University of Embu is an official document indicating that an applicant has been offered admission into a specified programme of study (certificate, diploma, undergraduate, or postgraduate) at the University of Embu. For many students, this is what confirms that all their application and placement steps have been successful.
It may also include instructions, registration requirements, and other necessary details to get started

Who Gets the Admission Letter

  • KUCCPS-Placed Students
KUCCPS = Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service. Those students who sat for KCSE and were placed via KUCCPS (government-sponsored) into UoEm will get an admission letter once placement is confirmed.
  • Self-Sponsored Students (also called “private” or non-KUCCPS)
These are applicants who apply directly to UoEm for courses (or through the relevant UoEm admission portal) and meet the requirements. They also get admission letters once their application is accepted.
  • TVET / Diploma / Certificate Programmes
Admission letters are also issued for students admitted into certificate/diploma/TVET programmes.

How to Access / Download the Admission Letter

Here are the steps and sources:

  • Visit the UoEm Admissions website or portal. There are specific sections to log in and download admission letters.
  • If you were placed via KUCCPS, often the admission letter is available via KUCCPS and/or via UoEm’s portal.
